My client, a larger retail unit based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is looking to recruit a Store Manger on a Permanent basis.
This retailer offers a multitude of services and products across Horticulture, home-ware, furniture, clothing and an on-site restaurant and is offering a fantastic opportunity to join them as it strives to develop and continuously improve its service and delivery across its different departments.
The main responsibilities of the role will include
- Ensuring sales, service and profits margins are met and exceeded
- Support and manage team development at all times
- Ensure the store is stocked accordingly with all POS opportunities developed where possible
- Develop your own management team appropriately
- Resolve customer issues in an appropriate and timely fashion
- Manage H & S appropriately throughout the store
- Manage on-site administration including attendance
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
