Telesales Customer Service Advisor

Our client a Breakdown Recovery Company have a fantastic opportunity for a Full time Telesales Advisors to join their team due to company growth and expansion.

Our client is always on the lookout for dynamic and proactive team players to join their successful team at their office in Leeds

They are offering this opportunity for the right person to continue to build on their reputation and they are looking for people that are dedicated, approachable, stimulated by challenges and driven by results with excellent telesales and customer service skills.

This is not cold calling, you will only be dealing with existing customers

Your main duties will be:

•The role will be to act as the first point of contact for customers.

This will entail:
•Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone (inbound & outbound sales)
•Converting enquiries into sales via a variety of media such as phone calls / live chat / email enquiries
•Selling / upselling additional extras
•Taking bookings and explaining terms and conditions to customers
•Listening to customers’ requirement and adjusting the offer to maximise opportunities and customer satisfaction
•You will also be dealing with any administration tasks relevant to the role such as sending out policies
•Managing a variable workload by demonstrating the ability to think on your feet, multi-task and switch quickly between systems
•Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service

If you wish to apply for this role, you must:

•Be sales driven
•Have demonstrable communication skills (listening, presenting & relationship building)
•Have strong advisory and closing skills to enable you to listen to customers and tailor your recommendations based on their requirements
•Be able to work under pressure and handle complaints / enquiries
•Be able to manage a high volume of correspondence / be fast and accurate at typing
•Be organised & keen to provide excellent customer service
•Be positive & have a sales - focused attitude / outgoing personality
•Be reliable & trustworthy and able to demonstrate high standards when working to targets / KPI’s
•Have a smart, professional appearance

Working times Monday to Thursday 10am - 7pm Friday 9.30am - 6pm with the occasional weekend

Salary: £17,500 + Commission
