We are seeking experienced and confident, enthusiastic Permanent Recruitment Consultants to join our team in central Ipswich.
We are looking for consultants that possess:
Proven recruitment experience
Excellent relationship building skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
The ability to multitask
The ability to build rapport quickly
Cold calling and client facing experience
A professional approach, someone who is driven and determined
A sense of humour, lots of energy and determination

The successful candidates will be required to:
Develop a permanent desk, free from borders and restrictions
Develop your own candidate & client base
Proactively call and visit prospective clients to generate new business
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
Recruit, interview and skill check candidates and develop relationships
Canvas and place long term and permanent vacancies
Negotiate fees
Agree and achieve budgets
