Telesales Account Manager

Jark Bradford Ltd Commercial Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Shipley for a permanent Sales Account Manager.

Our client is a leading supplier of office stationary & equipment, furniture and essentials are looking to expand their team and are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic sales driven and focused individual to joint their team.
The sales function provides rapid and profitable growth which presents commercial success expected within any sales organisation.

Your role would be to maximise the sales of the company’s goods including computer consumables, stationery and IT hardware as the client try to distinguish themselves further within this diverse yet competitive market. You will increase and develop a customer account base in line with mutually agreed sales targets and key performance indicators.

You will be expected to further strengthen the client’s stronghold in the office supplies industry via excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as working with both sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction in line with the company’s vision and values.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
• Contacting potential customers to prospect for new business
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Gaining a clear understanding of customer's requirements
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
• Strategically negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Being aware of and gathering market and customer information
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Recording sales and order information and documenting information to your sales director

• At least 1 year in an outbound telephone based sales role business to business
• Experience in a similar sector would be advantageous

In return for your commitment can expect 28 days including stats and will receive ongoing training and support.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 17:30pm

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 Depending on experience, OTE £40k plus with an uncapped commission structure
