We take time to understand your aims and requirements as well as your experience and skills. We want to know where you are going, as much as where you have come from.
Our interview process usually lasts for 45 minutes, during which time will investigate your work experience, any gaps in your work history and your reasons for leaving previous employment. In addition, we will take note of any areas where you would prefer to work as well as how far you would be prepared to travel for a specific position.
Upon registering your details will be matched to any outstanding vacancies immediately. We may also call existing clients who previously have required similar skills and experience to yours.
