Salary DOE upto £24K plus commission
Position will be
• To supply industrial staff to temporary vacancies
• To develop and grow the temporary business through targeted sales calls and client visits to acquire and build new business relationships as well as maintain existing business.
Duties will include:
• Make pre-determined targeted sales calls
• Attend client visits to acquire new business
• Negotiate terms of business and rates in line with approved gross margin
• Match candidates and clients’ needs to achieve successful placements
• Advertising of all vacancies in line with company policy
• Identify, interview and register candidates and complete all necessary checks and documentation
• Ensure compliance and legislation at all times.
The ideal candidate will come from a recruitment background, having run a temporary desk, ideally in the industrial sector. But this is not essential, applicants from other sectors will be considered. More important is that you can demonstrate a successful career building a thriving temp desk.
• You will be self-motivated, responsible and able to act on your initiative
• Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
It is essential to this position that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
