Administrator - Customer Service - Order Processor, wanted to join an online retailer based in central Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
You will need to have strong IT and excel skills along with a confident telephone manner. Duties will include :
Order Processing:
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product/service offerings to assist customers with order inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or relevant departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor and track order status, and communicate updates to customers as needed.
Customer Service:
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
• Manage office supplies and inventory, and place orders when necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries.
This is a great oppurtunity for someone who is looking for a true permanent role. This is a temp to perm contract after 12 weeks you will be given a permanent contract.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
