Recruitment is a fast paced and dynamic, every day is different!
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to build relationships with new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients. This will be by face to face meetings both in a head office environment and on site, alongside sales calls.
To succeed you will need to demonstrate that you are conscientious, results focus and possess an ambitious drive to succeed.
Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
You must have a full driving license and own a car. Sales or recruitment experience is essential, in house will be provided.
