Assistant Site Manager

My Client a highly respected Regional Housing Developer has new opening for Experienced Assistant Site Managers to Join their team.
Due to new sites starting in the New Year my client is recruiting for Permanent Assistant Site Managers to join them to manage sites in various sizes ranging from 80 units to 400 units in and around the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire area.
This is a permanent position and my client is looking for candidates with a solid checkable work track record, all candidates will have held the position of Assistant Site Manager for a minimum of 3 years and will have managed New Build Housing for a minimum of 1 year. They will be familiar with housing contracts, CML etc and will hold SSSTS / SMSTS and Full First Aid Certification as a minimum.
