Jark Construction (Norfolk) are recruiting for a Residential Contracts Manager based in the Ipswich, Suffolk. This position is to start in January 2018.
A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a well established construction team within the Construction Industry.
Duties;
- Provide appropiate inductions and oversee subcontractor and team activities
- Supervise and sirect the project inline with company procedures and client requirements
- Fulfil client expectations and report against specific customer measures
- Effective management, procurement strategy, risk opportunity and increase revenue for the
organisation
