The Role
As part of the Customer Care Team you will take inbound calls and emails/social media.
You will deal with the following:
Complaints
Delivery Queries
Locating Products
The Candidate
As a call centre agent within the Customer Care Team you will be speaking with people that are primarily wanting updates on deliveries and complaints, this will require patience, empathy and a strong persona to deal with customers in the correct manner.
The Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 3.30pm)
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A CALLCENTRE ENVIRONMENT IS ESSENTIAL!
All training given.
