My Client based in the Droitwich area is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a permanent basis. You would be working as part of the Transport team with 3/4 colleagues to provide first class customer service to purely commercial client base so you must come from a similar role where you are representing the company to the highest standards possible.
The main responsibilities for this role include
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times by phone and email
- Scheduling Work for company vehicles
- Managing service delivery
- Rescheduling collections when required
You will have the following experience
- Ideally experience in a transport/logistics environment
- experience of liaising with customers on a daily basis
- ability to process large volumes of customer information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a time sensitive manner
- A good geographical knowledge of the Midlands
- Strong IT Skills especially Excel and Word
You must enjoy working as part of a small team, possess a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure at certain times. The working hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1700. The salary on offer is £20,000 and because of its location your own transport is essential.
