Customer Service Handler wanted to join an online retailer based in central Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
You will need to have excellent commmunication skills and strong IT / excel skills along with a confident telephone manner. Duties will include :
Customer Service:
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, striving for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers.
You will need to be able to work under pressure and conduct yourslef in a proffessional manner at all times.
This is a great oppurtunity for someone who is looking for a true permanent role. This is a temp to perm contract after 12 weeks you will be given a permanent contract.
Hours of work Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700
