Facilities Co Ordinator

Jark Cambridge are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a full time, permanent Facilities Co Ordinator based on the North side of Cambridge.

This position will involvesupporting facilities managersin the day to day delivery of hard services management to a range of contracted clients on a varied portfolio of buildings.

The succesful candidate will be an enthusiastic and wel organised individual with excellent organisational and administration skills working in a fast paced and varied environment across several sectors inclusding pharmaceutical and education.

You will require exceptional attention to detail along with a willingness to personally develop within a team supporting this function.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Assiting with the daily delivery of maintenance contracts to clients
- Managing multiple planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Producing written reports and experience of reporting on KPI's

Skills Requirement

Experience in a previously similar role An understanding of building services disciplines (ideally mechanical or electrical) An understanding of current health & safety requirements and the ability to review job specific RAMS The ability to audit and maintain client specific compliance records Experience of working with a vastly experienced inhouse engineering team The ability to instruct and report on subcontractors and suppliers The ability to produce remedial repair quotes in conjunction with the engineering team Knowledge of SFG20 is desirable Proficient in excel, word & outlook The ability to work to tight deadlines

Qualifications Requirement

Driving License is essential
