My client, a Wine Bar and restaurant in the Worcestershire area is looking to recruit a Head Chef on a Permanent basis as they look to move the business onto the next level.
They are now looking for a Head Chef to manage the total kitchen operation. Experienced, talented and hard-working, you must be ambitious and ready for your next challenge within a kitchen environment.
You must be passionate about working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients and be able to produce high quality and presentable dishes.
As a suitable candidate you will be responsible for
- all aspects of the food service,
- all menus
- kitchen management
- recruiting all kitchen staff and the supply chain
The salary on offer will be anywhere between £35,000 and £50,000 DOE.
