My client based in the Evesham area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit for some Trainee Machine Operators on a Permanent basis as the business continues to grow. As they are Trainee positions full training will be given but they would prefer candidates who have some experience within manufacturing.
They operate a shift pattern as follows,2 x 12 hour days followed by 2 x 12 hour nights then 5 days off, they don' work on a Saturday
The main responsibilities for the role include
- Operation of Machinery
- Working to specifications set out for you
- Complete all relevant admin work
- adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
- Maintain your work area, keeping it clean and tidy at all times
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Have previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Happy to work to the shift pattern as required
- Commit to the training and support on offer during your initial probationary period
- Work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels of the business
The starting salary for these positions will be £21,000 and £23,500 and after completion of probation will be increased to between 23,500 and just under £26,000
