Internal Sales Assistant
Monday to Friday 37hrs
Starting Salary £25K
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established Fabrications company, they have a new vacancy which will be an office-based role, supporting the quoting team to secure new business from existing and prospective customers.
Duties to include:
Qualify new enquiries
Make notes on the CRM system
Allocate quotes to specialists
Monitoring the progress of quotes to ensure that they are provided in a timely manner
Making follow-up calls to ensure quotes have been received and that they are satisfactory
Agreeing changes to quotations or cost reductions discounts to secure new work
Specifications required:
Manufacturing Sales Experience, preferably, but not essential in fabrication
Experience in following up on quotes
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and prospect customers
Well organised
Good telephone manner
Enthusiastic
