We are looking for someone that can work as part of a quiet, focused team and simply enjoys fixing technology who wants to learn. You need A history repairing things, or can be a secret repairer at home, can be a tinkerer with cars

Our UK repair centre has a job vacancy for a Repair Technician, This role is to assess the unit, find the fault and replace/repair whilst also carrying out a multipoint test following a standard script per unit. This role is also commonly known as ‘Bench Technician’ or ‘Production Operative’.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Dependant upon background, skill level and comfort factor, there are over 100 different products to learn, assess and repair.
Following a ‘checklist’, you will fault find, repair/replace, ‘kit’, clean and send.
Update the company systems in regards to faults, repairs, and parts usage.
Support the numerous bespoke projects we receive from unit modifications to cable preparation to a straight ‘test and clean’.
Full training provided on both system work and ‘assess and repair’ status on each unit.
Be part of the ‘quality improvements’ by updating colleagues on common faults found etc.
Maintain your own ‘training manual’ and keep your own notes on each product you are trained on.
Soldering, dependant on candidate.
