Jark Cambridge have a vacancy to join our well established team based in Babraham, Cambridge as a Recruitment Consultant.
We are a specialist construction recruitment agency supplying clients throughout East Anglia and are looking for someone with previous experience recruiting within this market to join us and cover a white collar temporary and permanent desk supplying candidates such as Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Project Managers.
We will consider anyone with a minimum of 12 months experience in construction recruitment for this position and are also happy to consider more senior & experienced recruiters who are considering a career move.
In addtion to a competitive basic salary, we offer a bespoke uncapped commission scheme and the opportunity ro run your desk like your own business without strict KPI targets focussing on end results and career progression.
Our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We are based on the outskirts of Cambridge with ample free parking and good access from the A11.
