"The Role"
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from initial discussion to closure, representing our company’s portfolio. Although the majority of the time you will be based at the office and dealing with the given leads and accounts, however time to time there will also be a requirement for you to visit local regional clients.
The role would suit someone currently working in a customer focussed position, preferably within a business services or business process outsourcing environment. We are looking for someone ideally who is looking to make a step up from a first sales role with ambition to succeed to a business development role.
Experience of giving customer demonstrations, creating quotation and proposals and a sound technical appreciation of business processes is essential, although training will be provided in this respect.
"The Package"
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £18k - £25k. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure that brings your first year on target earnings up to £40,000. With an excellent blueprint for progression, you set yourself up to rapidly move into a more senior role based upon your success and earn around 65k per year upon completion of your first year training.
