I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Clubhouse Manager to work in Hertfordshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clubhouse Manager who previously has been responsible for the smooth and effective operation of Food and Beverage process. You will be working on the grounds of a prestige Historic House and Golf Club where you will be providing first class quality service for Corporate Entertainment, Conferences, Exhibitions, Launches and Weddings. You work closely with the Clubhouse Manager and undertake Duty Management tasks as and when required.
Key Task & Responsibilities
• Assisting in the day-to-day operation
• Ensure shifts are adequately staffed and run efficiently
• Supervising staff
• Ensure the highest level of profitability
• Ensure food & beverage cost levels are monitored and controlled in line with budgeted targets
• Acting as main liaison between service & Kitchen staff
• Establishing a close working relationship with the Head Chef
• Main point of contact for staff, members and guests for any issues relating to food & beverage
• Paying attention to cost/expenses
• Monitor housekeeping and maintenance
• Adhere to Health & Safety
• Recruitment & Retention of staff
• Ensure staff have correct uniform
For this position you will as have at least 2 years Food & Beverage supervisory/management experience preferable in a 5 star establishment or fine dining experience is essential
