Our Client based in Redditch (B98) are looking to offer a Permanent Position!
They are looking for a TIG Welder for Stainless Steel and Aluminium
£13/hour - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 7.30am to 1.30pm on a Friday. (Overtime available based on production demand).
Skills and Expertise:
. TIG Welder stainless steel and aluminium with a minimum of 5 years worked experience in a similar environment
. Previous experience working to 9606-1 & 9606-2 advantageous
. Ability to MIG weld to a good standard advantageous
. Able to read engineering drawings to a good standard (training can be provided)
Job Functions:
. Welding parts to engineering drawings
. Follow company work lists, generating route cards and reading engineering drawings
. Maintain a clear workspace and surrounding area promoting a safe and efficient environment
. Following company quality process and reporting any non-conformances
As part of the interview process, an onsite weld test to be completed under the supervision of the Weld Manager.
