We are looking to recruit a reliable Office Administrator for our client based in Hartlebury.
The role will undertake administrative tasks, and contact suppliers to arrange collection of their product
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and they must be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
Manage phone calls and correspondence via e-mail, letters,
Create, update and maintain records
Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills and must have initiative
The hours of work are 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
