Working in conjunction with West Mercia Police, we are looking to recruit an IT Business Partner on a Permanent basis.
The main responsibilities for the role include
- Work with different business units to ensure relationships are formulated
- Be the point of contact for Digital Services
- Identify and develop roadmaps for technology services to improve performance and cost effectiveness
- Support stakeholders in documenting problem statements, key requirements, outcomes statements and business benefit cases
- Ensure Business are ready to accept new ICT services
- Represent and promote Digital services at meetings both internally and externally
The requirements for the role include
- HND in relevant field, e.g. Management, Business, Computing, etc.
- One of the following Quals, BRMP Foundation, ITIL V3/4 Foundation, Agile or Prince PM Practitioner, Diploma in Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Business Processes and information flows
- Experience in the development of Business Requirements and changes facilitated by technology solutions
- Experience of Business requirement analysis and solutions assessment
- Experience of ICT Service fulfilment and project delivery life cycle
- Experience demonstrating an aptitude for analysing systems, processes and operational procedures for continuous improvement
The starting salary for this role is just under £42,000
