Jark Bradford Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Printing Textile Machine Operative in Keighley.
The position will involve working in different departments, where they have a variety of machines including Gilling, Roving, and Spinning, Twisting and Winding of spun yarns.
Supporting the Printing production team to deliver quality yarn with our state-of-the-art machinery and facilities.
The duties of this role will include:
• feeding, running and constant inspection of materials
• removal of finished product from the machine
• high attention to detail when inspecting material when in production
• reporting any problems or faults to the management team so they can be rectified
• general housekeeping activities
• maintaining safe working practices
• any other duties as and when reasonably requested by the management team
To be considered for this position, applicants will need to:
• have the right to work in the UK
• have previous textile printing experience (desirable)
• be able to easily commute to the factory in Keighley
• have excellent attention to detail
• be reliable and trustworthy
• be flexible
• work as part of a team
Additional training will be provided to achieve the necessary quality and efficiency levels within the company.
Rate of pay: £9.74 in addition you will also accrue holiday pay
Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week. Shifts are 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm
This is a temporary to permanent role after 12 weeks of working through the agency
