Recruitment Coordinator
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator for our high street office based in Stevenage for an established desk
As an Recruitment Coordinator you will need to have/be:
•Volume and onsite recruitment experience essential
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Time management skills
•High attention to detail
•Excellent IT skills
•Clean UK Driving licence and own transport
Details:
•Salary: £22,000 depending on experience plus commission OTE £35,000
•Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700
•Location: Stevenage
Role of a Recruitment Coordinator:
•Contacting candidates and recruiting high volumes of workers
•Ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and recorded
•Inducting new starters on site in Stevenage
•Booking and managing workers
•Processing Payroll and Holidays
•Preparing MI data
•Ensuring compliance in all areas
•Conducting various customer meetings
